Arriving at the Il Frescale Amalfi Coast County House , the first thing you will notice is that it is immersed in the green valleys of the Monti Lattari Regional Park, you will be surrounded by Tintore vines  and centuries-old chestnut trees.

To begin as a welcome to our farmhouse there will be an aperitif with native products and traditional Mediterranean cuisine , after which our journey will begin between a visit to the garden with the collection of seasonal products , all surrounded by our centenary dyer vines.

The most awaited moment, hands in the dough!

  • Marilena and Rosa will show you the preparation of the dough and explain the various steps, while they cook, they will tell you the stories and anecdotes of the traditions of the typical Tramontana and Cilento cuisine transmitted by the maternal grandmother, from which the Mediterranean diet originates.
  • Tasting of the dishes prepared with the ancient recipes and crowned by our tintore wine produced and cared for by Alfonso who with his passion obtained the 3rd level title of Sommelier in 2005.

Follows the dessert that respects our local traditions and that characterizes the pastry of the peasant Amalfi coast combined with a sweet white wine of our production.

To complete your sensory experience and products at km 0 we will show you and you will taste the house ratafias produced with aromatic herbs from our garden. You will surely experience the surprise and wonder of being able to reproduce our recipes even at home!

Pizza Class

Arrived at the Country House il Frescale immersed in the greenery of the Tramonti valleys surrounded by centuries-old vines and chestnut trees, we are waiting for you for a welcome aperitif with our 0 km products.

Set off we will start our fantastic experience which includes: a visit to the garden with the collection of products that are used to prepare the pizzas of the day, all masterfully explained by his son Alfonso who has attended refresher courses with the Pizza Doc Academy and a member of the Pizza Tramonti Association .

He will tell you the story of the local pizza of how it was born and the various steps of the techniques for the preparation of the dough, the preparation of the loaves, the spreading of the pizza, the seasoning and cooking. At the end of the tour each participant will be able, with the help of our master pizza maker, to cook their own pizza and then taste it with our Tintore wine .

Reserve a small space for the dessert of the Amalfi coast pastry tradition and let's toast with the sweet wine of the cottage.
